Solid Waste Service
Republic Services aka Florida Refuse provides residential twice weekly solid waste pickup, once per week recycling and once per week yard debris pickup for the City. Containers must be placed at the curb by 7AM.
Service issues should be reported to City of Fort Meade Customer Service by calling 863-285-1100 x238.
Residents living North of Broadway Street
Solid Waste is picked up Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is picked up Mondays and yard debris is picked up on Wednesdays.
Residents living South of Broadway Street
Solid waste is picked up Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is picked up Tuesdays and yard debris is picked up Wednesdays.
